Happy Birthday, Christina!

Today I made kabocha squash cream soup, although it's summer... it's still delicious. I've always wondered how my dad cooked this dish (or even what the name of it was) so when I saw the familiar looking squash at ranch 99 I had to grab it! I love yellow foods (: So happy, so appetizing.
Note to self: get a butcher knife and then boil/bake the squash to peel off the skin. Ugh I swear I wasted 45 minutes just trying to cut and peel it, and it was so messy. I even got a bloody deep cut due to the large knife I was using =____=
